and the guarantee of sustainablity of the education.




Below is continuation of the sharings of the 320 % turn over: as been calculated  in Businessplan / strategic turnover distribution

The distribution formula below only comes into effect after the distribution formula ‘strategic’ distributions has been applied. (investors have been payed back:
(all CROWD-investors have received their money back, incl. interests,
and business investors have had their yearly interests.)

DISTRIBUTION-FORMULA tactical turnover distribution:

Subtotal (which is available for tactical-and technical distribution turnover): 320%
 
Half of 320% (= 160%) goes to Charities (tactical distribution turnover),
The other half (=160%) shall be allocated among the organization-, logistic-,
production- and sales partners (technical distribution turnover).

The joint amount for ‘tactical’ turnover’ (= 160%) is divided by 2 (50-50);
I.e. half of what remains after distributions to the strategic market
50% (= ¼ of the subtotal) goes to (1) UN-organizations / NGO’s / Charities, and minus 80%
50% (= ¼ of the subtotal) goes to (2) UN-assistance funds for the mission minus 80%

Ad.1. The first half goes to the UN and NGO’s and Charities
which are dealing with the universal problem which is treated in the corresponding film
(i.e.: 1/3 of this 80% budget goes to the UN;
1/3 of this 80% budget goes to NGO’s, and
1/3 of this 80% budget goes to Charities).
Charities = the people in Uganda who were involved in the film problemitem-).
Concretely each of the 3 receives €. 26.666* per film if the turnover of 500% has been achieved.

The 1/3 share for the UN is destined for continued peace and security through education
on Human Rights,
Children’s Rights, & Laws of War (where it concerns Humanitarian issues).
In Uganda by means of local,sustainable business developments through
project coordinator in Uganda Nasif Nsubuga.
This company (soon to be founded) has the name:
"Casting international Second Unit, Kampala".

The 2 x 1/3 share of this 80% budget for NGO’s/ Charities is distributed in %,
following investors’ votes, among NGOs + Charities that are related
to the film which has raised this money.

Ad.2.the UN assistance fund receives 80% budget (the 2nd half of the tactical turnover)
These finances are determined for the mission of RTPK
Concretely, this fund receives €. 80.000* per film, if the turnover of 500% has been achieved,
