Outline of the whole Holding (under construction -u/c-)

The ‘CastingInternational-Expeditions foundation’ (u/c) is 1 of  4 subsidiarires of the Holding ‘So speak!... Ltd’

The Holding Ltd (u/c) - itself, keeps all intellectual property, being in particular the format - and project (development) rights , in its own hands and gives only to its own 4 subsidiaries licences to exercise these rights.
Consequently the Holding Ltd can never go bankrupt.
This is important for participants who become/are owner of these rights.

These participants are business investors, this site is intended for them.
They invest in the format and become co-owner.
Business investors do not aim to make money in the medium term, but their goal is to make a lot of money in the long term: 5 - 7 years.
Business investors / participants finance the infrastructural logistics within the Holding.
That is because after Mediaplan Uganda (pilot) they will roll out the format which is standardized per country (the UN has more than 200 member countries)
