Advisors / experts are for example entrepreneurs without employees, or independent freelancers, or company experts, or specialists of Non-Governmental Organizations or from International Organizations or the Government, but always working in a personal capacity.

Knowledge domain experts are asked by the foundation for freelance contracting projects.
They become advisor after mutual verbal agreement.
They are contacted per problem definition first by phone/ verbally gauged, after which they are invited to attend a board-meeting when the given problem definition is handed in writing.

They may, within 1 month after advice given with or without an actual realization, submit an invoice for expenses incurred, based on a previously with the Foundation’s board agreed hourly rate and cost calculation with written approval from the Board.

They can also be deployed as short term operational freelancer based on a previously agreed rate and/ or expenses with the Foundation’s board, based on a previously submitted cost calculation with written approval from the Board.

Advisors / experts have a great deal of technical and tactical knowledge in their domain.
