Participants have voting rights when essential decisions are to be made, such as:

| • | Determine the strategic priorities of productions (strategic decisions: what filmproject will go first into production, followed by which story, etc. – totalling 41 featurefilm stories-) |
| • | Voting rights on choices for the main roles (storytellers) |
| • | Directing personally an interactive and live-operating communication videocrew (named as ‘making of…’ crew) |
| • | Deciding which NGO’s and/or Charity receive what part of the tactical profit-sharing |
| • | Once every 3-4 months an evening with drinks and diner is organized with a personal presentation by the film-director and his staff and crews concerning the forthcoming filmshooting expedition (the specific expedition plan) |
| • | Once every 3-4 months an evening with drinks and snacks, a personal presentation report by the film-director and his staff and crews concerning the evaluation of the recent Casting International-Expeditions |
| • | investors receive of every documentary or film in which they participated as first ones a DVD. EXPEDITIONS are: 3 months in Uganda, 2 months in the Netherlands, and so on for a period of 3 years. |
